Alex Roofing and Remodeling LLC

After a heavy two day rain, I walked into a flooded bathroom. Yep, hole in roof. Even with other jobs on the schedule, Alex Roofing came out quickly and did a mini repair...in case it rained again before the scheduled repair. The final repair included replacing the damaged roof from bottom to top, and replacing a good sized portion of trim. The price was much lower than I thought it would be, and it truly feels like you are working with friends. They are who I will call from now on. :)

This company is AWESOME, reliable, professional, fair in pricing, and all around best service!! It is hard to find people like Alex and his crew. They really care and believe in taking care of their customers. They don’t cut corners and they do just what they tell you they are going to do! I needed a good fence and shed built. Alex, after listening to my vision, designed this cedar fence that I SIMPLY LOVE ❤️. He then built a great shed to match our house that is roomy and very well built. We are always getting compliments on how nice our house looks thanks to Alex and his crew. He also did our roof (along with about six other houses in our neighborhood). My husband wants to call Alex first, when it comes to ANYTHING on our house😀. My husband is very picky and hard to please when spending his hard earned money. He demands that things are done right. Alex delivered above and beyond his standards! They also clean-up and haul away everything. I just want everyone to know how happy he has made us. Hire him for the job and I know you will be ANOTHER HAPPY AND SATISFIED CUSTOMER. Thanks Alex for such EXCELLENCE and good customer service. We are also going to hire him to build a back covered porch for us, because we know it will be DONE RIGHT!

I am very, very pleased with my new roof. Alex and his crew were very courteous and professional. The site was thoroughly cleaned of all of the debris when they left. A very professional job! First, Alex was recommended to me by a neighbor that was having her roof replaced as a recent storm damaged it. I asked Alex to meet with my insurance adjuster to provide a quote. Once Alex and the adjuster met on my roof, it was a whirlwind to get my roof replaced. I am a happy camper!!!

Alex BUILT a patio for us when he installed a new roof, this year we asked him to enclose it and he did a fantastic job.. no only was it a reasonable price he custom built it to our specifications which included a huge double door at the end to facilitate the removal of the hut tub if needed ,not many builders have the expertise to build exactly as the customer requested taking time at each stage to seek approval of the work and pay attention to every minor detail.. all this at a fair and affordable price .ill use him again... highly recommended the quality of his work is outstanding

So my roof was damaged by a storm. Insurance agreed to replace entire roof. They discounted for age and builders grade materials but still left me with a nicer than expected estimate. I did some research like you are now and was looking for highly reviewed local roofer to do business with. Alex roofing had some of the most reviews and basically all 5 star and a history of good reviews. Sho I called him up. Within a few hours he was inspecting my roof. Faster than I was expecting. I handed him my estimate and he was able too work within it and upgrade shingles, roof vents, and vent pipes. I was just hoping to not have to come much out of pocket. Wasn't even thinking upgrades. He was on a couple jobs so I was pushed out a week. No problem, my roof wasn't leaking. During that week I stated doing research on shingles and wanted to get energy star shingles since I was barely coming out of pocket for the new roof. I notified Alex and he said no problem. I picked them out at Lowe's and had to order them. This delayed us a couple more weeks. Once they came in, Alex picked them up and scheduled me 2 days later. His crew showed up at 730am. Had the roof off and halfway back on by noon. They were done by 7pm. I couldn't believe it. I have a 2 story 3000 sqft house plus garage done in a single day. 4 ridge vents added and upgraded and painted to match roof pipes and vents. It looks great. They completely cleaned up before leaving and besides the great looking roof you wouldn't know they were there. He also had a team replace all my gutters all around the house. Brand new gutters look perfect. Again, took less than a day. I also love the fact I was able to upgrade to energy star shingles. They look great and seem to be working. 5pm direct sunlight all day and the attic temp is only 104 while the outside temp is 94 with no wind. This should help keep my upstairs cooler and it feels better to me I think. Overall I'm very happy with Alex roofing. I highly recommend him. He is very customer oriented and well priced. Work is fast and very good. If you're getting your roof done, call him. I think you'll be happy you did. I am.

I used Alex Roofing and he did an incredible job! He not only did the job well but he followed up after the job to make sure we're all ok. Even months after the job he came by to check on us. His customer service is the best. I'd recommend him to all in the Kyle, Buda and San Marcos area.

Prompt response and repair,, affordable price, and good communication. I had a few shingles to replace last year after a storm had blown them off the roof. Alex came out and did a great job at replacing the shingles.

Alex is a professional. He is reliable and get gets the job done in good order. Additionally, to keep the yard clean up at a minimum, he places a tarp on the ground to catch the debris while removing, keeping nails and old roofing material off the yard and eliminate the danger of nails that can get loss in the cleanup. What an awesome company. My roof and garage was damaged from this past Oct. storm in Kyle. Along with some interior structural damage inside my living room. The other companies who came out were evasive and could only do the roof. When I called Alex he came the next day and he was the only one who took me outside and explain the damages on the roof. He also was the only one who was willing to fix the interior of my home and interior of the dry wall in the garage. He is the most positive and awesome manager I have ever met. His workers were hard working and honest men. He helped me stay on the budget that my insurance allowed. He works in Kyle and he gives back into our community by other services he can provide. After the big storm we just had, I found several shingles in my yard. I went online and saw all of the positive reviews for Alex Chavez Roofing. I contacted him first thing in the the morning and he came to my house after work. It turned out that the shingles were not from my house, but he did not even charge me for inspecting my roof. He was very informative, polite, quick and also dependable. I am glad that I did not have to fix my roof, but if I do, I will use Alex Chavez Roofing.
